Roland started his journey in Physical Therapy after graduating from the Institute of Paramedical Sciences – Jounieh (known now under the name of the Lebanese German University) with a Diploma in Physical Therapy.

Afterwards, he received a university degree in Physical Therapy from the Lebanese University.
He is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program offered at the Lebanese German University (LGU) in Sahel Alma.

Apart from being a new member in LOPT, he is a member of Jounieh’s municipality and occupies the position of Chairman for Traffic and Transport.
He founded in 1987 “Chehwane’s Center of Physical Therapy” located in Kaslik – Jounieh where he offered clinical services.

He also acts as the Advisor and Personal Manager of Dr. Youssef Khalil, the renowned Lebanese deputy.

Additionally, he is engaged in political activities since he is an active member within the Physiotherapy division of the Free Patriotic Movement.

Apart from his political engagement, he is also involved in academics; he played an important role and was a founding member of LGU’s alumni.

He was previously the LOPT regional representative for Keserwan-Ftouh and is well known for his social activities and dynamism.
