Dr. Gergi Antoun is a licensed physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical and academic experience in rehabilitation sciences. He holds a PhD in Clinical Research, Technological Innovation, and Public Health, with a specialization in Rehabilitation and Readaptation Sciences from Université de Lille (France).

He currently serves as Head of the Department of Physiotherapy at Université La Sagesse (Lebanon), where he is involved in academic leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance in physiotherapy education. He has been active in higher education since 2014 and has held teaching and coordination roles at both Université La Sagesse and the Lebanese University.

Clinically, Dr. Antoun has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, sports injuries, geriatric physiotherapy, pediatric rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy. He is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) and holds additional qualifications in manual therapy, acupuncture, and hypnotherapy, supporting an integrative and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy practice.

Dr. Antoun is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists, where he contributes to professional governance, continuing professional development, and the advancement of physiotherapy standards and ethics in Lebanon.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, he is committed to promoting high-quality physiotherapy practice, professional regulation, and lifelong learning within the profession.
